Your order will be sent via our delivery partner Australia Post, between Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

 

Order Processing Times

After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. During sale and peak periods, please allow up to 4 business days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Our warehouse team are working hard to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience!

 

Custom Items

***Please note all custom print orders placed after the 3rd of April will be printed and shipped from the start of May due to the WSL Margaret River Pro***.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

If you place an order for other items along with your custom item, we will dispatch them separately, at no additional charge to you.

New Zealand and International Delivery

Your order will be sent via our delivery partner Australia Post.

While it is our hope that all orders arrive at their intended destination in a timely manner, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. We waive all responsibility once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems.

Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation.

 

International Customs and Duty Charges

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Rusty cannot be held responsible for any charges.

If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.
