So you've heard all about it, the cherry on top of this promotion was the fact that Scion agreed to wrap a Scion xB in white vinyl, put it on the show floor at ASR in San Diego, and let a hand picked team of artists go for a freehand free for all. Friday morning our crew rolled up and found the car behind velvet ropes, and right in front of exhibitor registration. Surrounded by an amazing display of art covered Rusty Surfboards, compliments of the 10 selected winners in Rusty, Scion and 94.9 FM SD's Random Acts of Art competition, the artists started sketching what would become an amazing one of a kind rolling piece of art. Bird from South Coast Surf Shop, who does the surf report for 94.9 FM SD, is actually going to be doing the surf report in this car and after stopping by to check it out he said had some big plans with it.
