Red Bull Rivals Recap
There was some insane talent competing this weekend at the Red Bulls Rival comp in Sandy Beach, HI. For those who don't know what the comp is about, Rivals pits the best North Shore surfers against their South Shore counterparts in a one day event. Originally, the losing team had to give their boards to the winning team, but both team captains ended up donating all their team's boards to charity. Jamie O'Brien, Kalani Robb, and the North Shore team put up a valiant effort but ending up losing to Keanu Asing, Kekoa Cazimero and the rest of the South Shore team.

J.O.B. Crosses Over to Moto?
Demon Factory posted an exclusive video of Jamie O'Brien warming up at an unknown lake in Southern Cal. Apparently, JOB's trip to Bali (click for pics) sparked a new passion for the Hawaiian free surfer. He has since developed two new tricks: The JO’B Boost Air, which he pulled in Bali when trying to save his cell phone from hitting the curb and shattering into a thousand pieces, and the Red Bull Shuffle, which has not been seen by the public as of yet. Lucky Fan Surfs Pipe with JOB!
Red Bull First Person winner and Florida State college student, Dustin Schumacher, traveled to the North Shore of Hawaii to surf with pro surfer Jamie O'Brien. They did some wakeboarding in the shorebreak and Jamie threw a mean back flip. Later in the adventure their boat was flipped by a wave mid shoot, which required a rescue from the coast guard.
